REFUNDS & CHARGES
If within 30 days of being charged for an annual membership or renewal, or within 3 days of being charged for a monthly membership or renewal, you believe the charge was made in error, please send us an email at support@radicalwellbeing.community and we will do our best to accommodate you. After these timeframes, we cannot provide a refund.
If you would like to cancel your annual or monthly membership, you can do so at anytime by emailing support@radicalwellbeing.community and we will confirm your cancellation. You will still have access to your portal and all materials through the end of your designated subscription period.
Certain promotional offers are offered from time-to-time. With the exception of “EARLY BIRD/FOUNDING MEMBER” memberships, these offers apply only to the promotional period. The promotional period is defined as the period of time that the discount lasts. For example, a “first year” price only applies to the first year of membership and your membership with auto-renew after that time at the currently listed prices.

These Terms of Use shall apply to all content on the Site, including, but not limited to, all services offered on the Site, all services offered by Radical Wellbeing, all statements made on the Site or in live events, all videos posted on the Site, all opinions expressed on the Site (whether in writing, pre-recorded video, during online events and/or in online programming offered by Radical Wellbeing).
You hereby acknowledge that you are authorized and have the capacity to enter into this agreement and agree to its terms without reservation. You agree that these Terms of Use are supported by valuable consideration, the receipt and adequacy of which are hereby acknowledged. This website is operated for the benefit of owner, its related entities, and customers. No user of this Site may use it or its content for any commercial use or purpose, except as otherwise defined by this agreement or Privacy Policy. Any unauthorized use terminates this license.
